FAULTY ITEMS | If you have received a faulty item, please contact us within 5 business days of receiving your item.
CHANGE OF MIND
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. We want you to absolutely love your items, our customers satisfaction is our number 1 priority.
CONDITIONS
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
To start a return, you can contact us at hello@littleyou.com.au with the subject as "RETURN #*order number*".
If your return is accepted, we will email you our return shipping address. Please include a note inside your parcel with your full name and order number. The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the purchaser. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend you paying for tracked shipping, as we do not accept responsibility of any returns lost in transit.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE PRODUCTS
Certain types of items cannot be returned. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on final sale products or gift cards.
